How do I return an item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You have 10 days upon receipt to report discrepancies, shortages or freight damages. In the event that the order is incorrect, damaged or defective we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the original item, if applicable. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Credit will be issued to the original method of payment.
 
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days and must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized items are not eligible for refund unless defect in quality or workmanship.
